The Poynting OMNI-294 is a cross-polarised 4×4 MIMO omni antenna for 4-port Wi-Fi 6, 6E and 7 access points and 4×4 5G CPE. Poynting built it for fixed wireless access and busy outdoor Wi-Fi: factory yards, building sites, public hotspots and campuses. It covers 2.4 GHz, 4.9 to 7.2 GHz and 3.3 to 4.2 GHz (5G n77 and n78).
Two vertical elements (8 dBi peak) and two horizontal elements (6 dBi peak) give polarisation diversity as well as spatial separation, which helps throughput where signals bounce off buildings and machinery. It shares the OMNI-298 housing and is rated IP65 from −40 to +80 °C. For boats, its marine twin is the OMNI-494; for two ports, the OMNI-298.
It comes with 2 m HDF-195 leads terminated SMA (m), plus RP-SMA adaptors for Wi-Fi ports. For a longer run, add SMA extension cables.
