How quickly do you respond?
Most enquiries get a reply within four working hours. Phone calls during office hours go straight to a real person — not a queue. Urgent customer support is handled via the helpdesk.
Can I get a quote without committing?
Yes. We provide quotes free of charge. Tell us what you’re trying to do and we’ll come back with options, prices and lead times — no obligation, no sales pressure.
Do I need to know what I’m looking for?
Not at all. Most of our customers come to us with a problem (“I need to connect this remote site”), not a product list. We’ll evaluate the options — cellular, private 5G, LoRaWAN, BACnet — and recommend the right fit.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment. We’re at Racecourse Business Park in Ballybrit on the east side of Galway city — easy to find from the M6. Email or call ahead and we’ll have whoever you need to meet available.
Do you serve customers outside Ireland?
Yes. We support Irish customers deploying internationally, and through the Vadnet pan-European IoT alliance we serve customers across the UK and continental Europe directly.
