TITAN was founded in Galway in 2001 to serve a niche that didn’t yet exist in Ireland: industrial machine-to-machine (M2M) cellular communications. As the technology has evolved through 3G, 4G, LoRaWAN and now private 5G, so has our portfolio.
What hasn’t changed is the role we play: a value-added distributor that specifies the right technology for the customer’s environment, pre-configures the equipment, and supports it across its working life. We’ve grown alongside Ireland’s industrial IoT market — and now serve customers in the UK and continental Europe through our membership of the Vadnet pan-European IoT alliance.
In 2026 two new partnerships — Druid Software for private 5G and Solsta for medical-grade computing — extend our reach into healthcare, pharma and Industry 4.0.

About working with TITAN.
Are you a distributor or a reseller?
We’re a value-added distributor (VAD). We carry stock, pre-configure equipment, support customers post-deployment, and work directly with the manufacturers we represent — including Robustel, Druid, Poynting, Rochester, Milesight, Solsta and Vadnet.
What’s the Vadnet alliance?
Vadnet is a pan-European alliance of specialist IoT distributors. TITAN is the exclusive Irish member. The alliance gives our customers consolidated pricing across Europe, shared stock visibility and pan-European technical support reach.
Do you support projects outside Ireland?
Yes. We support Irish customers deploying internationally, and through Vadnet we serve customers across the UK and continental Europe directly. IoT SIM plans, RCMS remote management and pre-configuration all work cross-border.
Do you handle small projects or only large rollouts?
Both. We supply from five units to five thousand. There’s no minimum order quantity for project work, and we’ll engage on a single pilot device just as readily as a national rollout.
Do you offer custom integration?
Yes. Pre-configuration, custom firmware loads, OEM-branded equipment, custom IoT SIM plans, antenna selection for specific RF conditions, and protocol-bridge programming are all part of our standard service.
What’s a typical project timeline?
From first call to delivered equipment, most projects run two to six weeks depending on configuration complexity and stock. Stock items dispatch same-day; custom-configured kits typically ship within 5–10 working days.
