IoT Factory one platform for everything you monitor

IoT Factory is the open, device-agnostic platform behind TITAN’s managed monitoring service. It takes data from any sensor, on any network — LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, cellular, Wi-Fi, Modbus, MQTT — and turns it into live dashboards, threshold alerts, scheduled reports and a mobile app. White-label, multi-tenant, with an open API. Deployed, configured and supported from Galway, across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

What it does

From raw sensor data to decisions, on one platform

Everything you need to turn a field full of sensors into something your team can actually act on — without stitching together half a dozen vendor apps.

Dashboards & reports

See it at a glance

Fully customisable dashboards with 50+ widget types — charts, maps, gauges, interactive site plans — plus scheduled reports as web, PDF or Excel for clients, operations and management.

Alerting

Know before it’s a problem

A rules-based alert engine for thresholds, missing data, geofencing and system events. Notifications by email, SMS and push, with acknowledgement status and per-team distribution lists.

Devices & data

Manage any device

Device management for any sensor on any network, with 700+ pre-integrated device types, custom payload decoders, and automated data processing and aggregation (daily totals, deltas, custom formulas).

Assets & mapping

Track things, not just sensors

Group one or more devices into an asset — a tank, a vehicle, a room, a machine — and get reports, locations, trips and timelines per asset. GPS, LBS or static positioning.

White-label & users

A login per customer

Multi-tenant and white-label: each customer gets their own branded login seeing only their own sites. Fine-grained user groups and access rights; users deactivated without deletion for clean billing and audit.

Open API

Not locked in

A fully documented REST API so data can flow into your own dashboards, BMS, ERP, SCADA or BI tools. Build your own apps on top, or let IoT Factory be the front end — your choice.

Why it’s different

Open by design — not a single-vendor silo

Most device clouds only talk to their own maker’s hardware. IoT Factory is built the other way round.

1

Device-agnostic

700+ pre-integrated sensor types and a custom-decoder path for anything else. Any vendor, any radio — LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, cellular, Wi-Fi, Modbus and MQTT all land in one place.

2

One screen for a mixed estate

Tanks, energy meters, air-quality sensors and trackers from different manufacturers, side by side on the same dashboard — instead of one app per brand.

3

White-label and multi-tenant

Run it as your own branded service for your customers, or as an internal multi-site view. Each tenant is isolated, branded and independently managed.

4

Your data, your way out

An open, documented REST API means the data is never trapped. Push it onward to the systems you already run, or pull it into a custom build.

Works with what we supply

Built for the sensors TITAN already stocks

Because IoT Factory is open, the hardware TITAN distributes feeds straight into it — so you can start with one use case and add more without changing platforms.

Rochester Sensors

Tanks, fuel, water & flood level

Radar, ultrasonic, pressure & BLE level sensors

Rochester (formerly Tekelek) level sensors — including the TEK 880 cellular radar — feed tank, fuel, oil, chemical and water-level data into IoT Factory, with low/high alarms and consumption trends.

  • Fuel, oil, LPG and chemical tank levels
  • Flooding and river-level monitoring
  • Water tanks, reservoirs and treatment sites
Milesight

Environmental, energy & buildings

LoRaWAN sensors & controllers

Milesight LoRaWAN sensors cover temperature, humidity, CO&sub2;, energy and sub-metering, leak detection and occupancy — all visualised and alerted on through IoT Factory rather than a separate vendor cloud.

  • Temperature, humidity & air quality
  • Energy & utility sub-metering
  • Room, desk & building occupancy
Adeunis

Rugged LoRaWAN field sensors

Industrial & utility LoRaWAN

Adeunis LoRaWAN sensors — level, temperature, pulse, dry-contact and comfort — suit industrial and utility sites, and report into IoT Factory alongside everything else on the network.

  • Pulse & metering inputs
  • Temperature & analogue process values
  • Comfort and field-condition monitoring
ATEL A-TRACS

Asset & vehicle tracking

GPS trackers

ATEL A-TRACS GPS trackers put location on the same platform as your sensor data — so plant, tools, trailers and vehicles show up on the map next to the tanks and meters they relate to.

  • Asset, plant & tool location
  • Vehicle & fleet tracking
  • Geofencing and hours-of-use

Already running other sensors?

IoT Factory has 700+ pre-integrated device types, and where a device isn’t already supported a custom payload decoder can be added. Tell us what you have and we’ll confirm compatibility when we scope your deployment. Email iot@titan.ie or call +353 91 757500.

How it works

From sensor to dashboard, in four steps

The same workflow whether you’re monitoring five tanks or five thousand mixed devices.

01

Connect

Sensors report over LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, cellular or MQTT/HTTPS. Where there’s no public coverage, TITAN can deploy a private LoRaWAN network.

02

Ingest

IoT Factory manages the devices and decodes the payloads — 700+ pre-integrated, plus custom decoders for anything new.

03

Visualise

Data lands in dashboards, maps and scheduled reports, with a mobile app for the field and per-customer branded logins.

04

Act

Threshold and geofence alerts by email, SMS and push — and an open REST API to push the data into your own systems.

Where it’s used

One platform, many monitoring jobs

Common starting points for teams across Ireland — most begin with one and grow into several.

Tank & fuel monitoring

Fuel, oil, LPG and chemical tanks with low/high alerts before you run dry or overfill.

Flooding & river level

Water-level sensors on rivers, culverts and flood-prone sites, with rising-level alerts.

Water & utilities

Reservoirs, treatment works and network sub-metering — consumption, leaks and trends.

Energy & sub-metering

Electricity, gas and water metering to track cost, carbon and consumption by site.

Temperature & cold chain

Storage, server rooms and cold chain, with threshold alerts when conditions drift.

Asset & fleet tracking

Plant, tools, trailers and vehicles on the map, with geofencing and hours-of-use.

Frequently asked

IoT Factory questions, answered

What is an IoT monitoring platform?
An IoT monitoring platform is the software that takes data from your sensors and devices, stores it, and turns it into something usable — live dashboards, threshold alerts, scheduled reports and often a mobile app. Some platforms are tied to one manufacturer’s hardware; an open platform like IoT Factory works with sensors from any vendor on any network. TITAN supplies and supports it for businesses across Ireland from Galway.
What is IoT Factory?
IoT Factory is an open, device-agnostic IoT platform — device management, dashboards, alerting, reporting, a mobile app and an open API — and it’s the platform behind TITAN’s managed monitoring service. It ingests data from any sensor on any network, so a mixed estate of different brands lives on one screen rather than one app per vendor.
Will it work with sensors I’ve already deployed?
In most cases, yes. IoT Factory has 700+ pre-integrated sensor types, including the brands TITAN distributes — Rochester tank and level sensors, Milesight and Adeunis LoRaWAN sensors, and ATEL A-TRACS trackers. If a device isn’t already integrated, a custom payload decoder can be written and added. We’ll confirm compatibility when we scope your deployment.
Can each of my customers have their own login and dashboard?
Yes. IoT Factory is multi-tenant and white-label, so each customer can have their own branded login seeing only their own sites and sensors, with fine-grained user groups and access rights. Users can be activated or deactivated without being deleted, which keeps billing and audit trails clean.
Can I pull the data into my own systems?
Yes. Alongside the ready-built dashboards and mobile app, IoT Factory exposes a fully documented REST API, so you can feed data into your own dashboard, BMS, ERP, SCADA or business-intelligence tools. You decide where the data goes.
Can you run a LoRaWAN network for me, or use ChirpStack?
Yes. LoRaWAN deployments need a network server to manage gateways and devices. IoT Factory integrates with the major ones, including ChirpStack, the leading open-source option. Where there’s no public coverage, TITAN can deploy a private LoRaWAN network — a Robustel gateway running ChirpStack — with IoT Factory on top for dashboards, alerts and reports.
Can I get technical support in Ireland?
Yes. TITAN is based in Galway with 25 years in M2M and IoT. We deploy, configure and support the platform locally — not a ticket queue in another country. Call +353 91 757500 or email iot@titan.ie.
