The Milesight UC100 connects an RS485 Modbus RTU device, such as an energy meter, flow meter, inverter or controller, to a LoRaWAN network. It polls the registers you set, sends the values up, and passes commands back down without a cable run to the building network.
Why pick it
- Milesight’s current figures: up to 32 Modbus RTU devices and up to 64 registers. Transparent passthrough is also supported.
- Runs in LoRaWAN Class C for low-latency downlinks, with local IF-THEN rules that keep working if the network is lost.
- Small, under 0.5 W, powered from 5–24 V DC or USB-C, for desk or wall mounting.
Works with any standard LoRaWAN gateway and network server, such as the Milesight UG65 indoors or the UG67 outdoors, with alerts and dashboards on IoT Factory.
For digital, analogue and PT100 inputs or relay outputs as well, see the UC300.
