The Milesight AM307 puts seven indoor readings in one wall unit: CO2, TVOC, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, light and PIR motion. A 4.2-inch e-ink screen shows the readings and a simple comfort face, so staff and occupants can see the room status without an app.
Why pick it
- NDIR CO2 sensor, 400 to 5000 ppm, for ventilation control in offices, classrooms and meeting rooms.
- A traffic-light LED and buzzer flag a breach on the spot, and 18,000 readings are stored locally.
- Runs on four replaceable cells (about 3.9 years at a 10-minute interval, per Milesight) or 5 V USB-C.
For particulates (PM2.5 and PM10) as well, see the AM308. IP30, indoor wall mounting.
Works with any standard LoRaWAN gateway and network server, such as the Milesight UG65 indoors or the UG67 outdoors, with alerts and dashboards on IoT Factory.
