The Robustel EG5200 is an industrial edge computing gateway — a cellular router and an embedded PC in one metal box. It runs RobustOS Pro on Debian 11 with Docker support, so protocol bridges, data buffering and analytics run right beside the equipment, on a quad-core 1.6 GHz CPU with a 2.3 TOPS NPU for machine-learning inference at the edge, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage.
The I/O list reads like a small industrial PC: five Gigabit Ethernet ports, two software-configurable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, digital inputs and relay outputs, HDMI for a local display, USB 3.0, dual SIM slots, GNSS, and optional Wi-Fi 6. Available in 4G and 5G variants, with a 9–60 V input and -30 to +70°C operating range for cabinet installation. Includes free RCMS remote management.
