Poynting’s Rhyno antennas are omni Wi-Fi antennas in a vandal-resistant housing, for places a standard antenna won’t last: car parks, yards, depots, cabinets, quarries and public sites. The range covers 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and dual-band, all in the same grey enclosure with an N-type female bulkhead.
Poynting rates the Rhyno housing IP69K (high-pressure wash-down) and IK10 for impact, fire resistant, from −40 to +80 °C. Each antenna is single-port (SISO): fit one per Wi-Fi port, two for a 2×2 access point. Pick by band: the OMNI-702 for highest gain at 2.4 GHz, the OMNI-705 for 5 GHz, the OMNI-706 to cover both on one port.
Mount on a pole, wall or flat surface; the BRKT-55 L-bracket kit is the 304 stainless wall and pole bracket for the series. Add an N-type to SMA cable and, for RP-SMA Wi-Fi ports, an SMA to RP-SMA adapter from our connector adapters.
